WOW! 170 third, fourth, and fifth grade students stayed after school until 7:30pm on Friday, February 11th to participate in our annual Reading Adventure Night! The kids participated in 5 different activities, listened to an amazing storyteller, and enjoyed pizza. Huge thanks go out to Mr. Palmer and Mr. Nelson for staying during the evening and helping throughout. I so appreciate all the staff members who ran an activity room, the parents who served snacks and pizza, the families who sent in donations, and our FABULOUS LC PTA for financially supporting the evening. I also wish to give a HUGE shoutout to Ray at CiCi's Pizza for giving us a great deal and delivering all 56 pizzas to us! We all had a blast...the evidence is below!
