Ravenous Readers Love Books And Pizza!









77 third, fourth, and fifth graders read their way to a pizza celebration. Each of the kids attending read all 10 KC3 or all 12 Mark Twain nominees this year!

I read all of the Mark Twains and it was worth it. The pizza party was soo much fun. Everyone had a chance to get up to four pieces of pizza. In middle school I am going for the Truman award winners!

The teachers and parents were very impressed...the kids not so much:). Mr. Cardwell is Mrs. Jellison's (LC 3rd grade teacher) father! Lots of questions following his presentation!
